Welcome to the webpage of the Society of Catholic Apostolic Australia, Regina Mundi (Queen of the World) Region.  Society of Catholic Apostolate, also known as Pallottine Fathers and Brothers, is an integral part of the Union of Catholic Apostolate, a people inspired by St. Vincent Pallotti’s (1795 – 1850) vision of everyone being called by God to be disciples of Jesus, continuing the work of Jesus here on earth ‘urged on by the love of Christ’ (2Cor 5:14).

St. Vincent was a mystic and prophet of his time who was unshakable in his conviction that the dignity of every human being comes from the fact that each of us is ‘created in the image and likeness of God’ (Gen 1:26).  Being created in God’s image we are entrusted with the task of presenting the merciful, loving and forgiving face of God to the world.

In a world where people are longing for positive messages about self-worth and self-image; when lives are devalued and often treated as commodities; and when much of the world is engulfed in death and destruction; St. Vincent Pallotti’s message that we are God’s children, infinitely loved by God is more relevant now than ever.

With St. Vincent let us pray for the transformation of hearts and lives, “Lord Jesus, make me empty of my very self and fill me with yourself.  May my life be destroyed and your life be my life.”
